I'm in the middle

So recently I started to have crashes with this computer. I do most of my writing here. So I've been frantically trying to find out if I was losing memory or the hard drive. At this point I do know that Windows 10 is not stable for this platform. I am restoring this computer to factory settings today after I finish backing up my data.
